• These casings are over 16 metres long and will give an approximate sausage fill of 9Kgs per bundle. The calibre (Diameter) is 34/38mm UK breakfast sausage size . These casings are perfect for home sausage making. These casings are supplied salted to preserve them and give a longer shelf life.
• You will receive a total of 8 meters of hog casings on tubes / tape for easy use! Simply soak on the tube and use straight from the tube!
