- 567g Of Pork & Apple Sausage Mix - Will make 10 lbs of Sausage ! Just add meat and water!
- No extra cost! You do not need to purchase rusk like other sausage mixes and seasoning's need on ebay with this mix. This sausage mix is a pre-mix of both seasoning and rusk. Just follow the instructions below to make 10lbs of great tasting sausage's!
- Pork meat - 71%, 7lbs 2oz, 3.224kg. Pork & Apple sausage mix - 12.5%, 1lbs 4oz, 0.567kg. Cold water - 16.5%, 1lbs 10oz, 0.749kg. Total - 100%, 10lbs 0oz, 4.54kg.
- Method A - Using a mixer Or By Hand: 1. Mince the meat and place in a mixer / Bowl, 2. Add sausage mix and mix well, to evenely distribute, until the mix is sticky, 3. Gradually add water and mix in untill absorbed, 4. Fill out the sausage meat into your choice of sausage skins. NOTE - Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured sausage.
- Filling the Sausage Casings/Skins - The sausage meat can be filled into hog, sheep or collagen casings and can be linked as desired. We have a range of high quality natural hog, sheep and collagen casings availble. - Cooking Suggestion: Perfect on the BBQ, can also be grilled or friend in a pan. We recommend you cook for 10-12 minutes turning the sausage's every 2 minutes on each side to cook evenly.
